I’m feeling all the joy of a summer’s day as I write to you as the sun is shining and the birds are singing.

I had the most deliciously delightful weekend where I attended a Meridian, Acupressure and Traditional Chinese Medicine Workshop.

I got to deepen my knowledge and understanding of our beautiful energetic, emotional and physical bodies; and then I went to the garden centre with the hubby.

I bought the most wonderful new plants for our garden including a fern to go in my glitter ball and a succulent to go in my Greek goddess face planter.
