I don’t know where you are in the world, but it’s been raining A LOT here. 

I had heard that it was supposed to rain more here but I didn’t realise how much!

It’s beautiful though as everything is bursting a vibrant green in time for spring and the smells are just incredible from the blossom and Mother Earth herself.

Today I want to talk to you about lack, plenty and particularly the middle area - somewhere in between.

You see, most women that I speak to don’t know what they want – sorry, not sorry at calling us out – full stop. Right there.

And then there are others who don’t know what they want unless they are in lack or contrast.

I’m having such an abundant week and I’m not going to lie, I’m LOVING it.

I’m feeling so abundantly loved, happy, fulfilled, healthy, inspired, creative and monied.

I’ve had some huge confidence knocks this last year and when this happens it impacts our perception of our value in the world.

Now this can be different to self-worth.

And this is the thing, it’s all about nuances with words and energy, in my humble opinion!

And as we know the Universe, including ourselves, is made up of light, sound, vibration and frequency.

There’s a difference between the words “humiliation” and “embarrassment” and a difference between the feeling (energy in motion) and therefore they carry a different vibration or frequency.
