I wanted to excitedly tell you that June’s Free Women’s Energy Healing event is on the Summer Solstice.
Say what? I know!
I’d say I planned it that way but it’s really all down to the Divine as I had no idea but I promise you it’ll be awesome and filled with hot-summer-fun-transformational-goddess zeal.
It seems like ages since I've sat down to write to you.
I've been on holiday in Cyprus with the hubby and it's been bliss filled-sunshine-sexy-loved-up vibes. ☀️💞

I’d say I planned it that way but it’s really all down to the Divine as I had no idea but I promise you it’ll be awesome and filled with hot-summer-fun-transformational-goddess zeal.
It seems like ages since I've sat down to write to you.
I've been on holiday in Cyprus with the hubby and it's been bliss filled-sunshine-sexy-loved-up vibes. ☀️💞
I feel so blessed to be in a relationship (it’s our 12-year wedding anniversary on Sunday 18 June) where I feel so supported, seen, heard and valued.
Not to mention I think my husband is super, and I mean panty wetting super, hot. 😜
Although I do agree we need to be our own rescue and what I mean by that is taking responsibility for ourselves, our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and actions and not wait to be saved by someone else…
Here comes that but!
I also feel that without my husband’s love cracking me open when we first met then I wouldn’t be the woman I am today.
In all honesty, I don’t know where I’d be today because when we met I was in a place of deep self-loathing and hatred towards myself. Some of it was a result of the burglary but some of it was already there.
It was actually his love reflected back to me which “saved me”.
He saw something in me which I couldn’t.
He helped me to believe I was worthy and deserving of being loved.
In fact, he would tell me a million times a day how much he loved me (and still does), how amazing I am, intelligent, beautiful, inspiring – the list goes on.
Now, I'm not saying that we need external validation of love to feel like we belong or are accepted or feel we're good enough but sometimes you need a cheerleader and guide to open you up to see what's truly possible for you and remind you of all the love which is here for you, especially if you're knee deep in struggles.
So today I have a mantra for you.
🌸 Mantra Of The Week 🌸
Although I choose to “be my own rescue” and take full responsibility for my attitudes, behaviours, actions and wellbeing. I also choose to allow myself to receive love and experience love in all it’s wonderful forms and allow myself to be nurtured and flourish through this love received not because of needing it or seeking validation but because at my core I am love and I choose to activate it. I choose to be around people who fill my cup up, lift me up and brighten my day.
Allow the love of the Universe to fill your cup up as you’re so worthy and deserving of it.
And you know, when you open yourself up to love it can come from the most unlikely places.
