I’m back from a three-week adventure with the hubby around Thailand and Cambodia and it was both amazing and humbling at the same time.

I’ve come back feeling renewed, replenished and with a whole new sense of gratitude and appreciation for my beautiful home and the forest we live in.

I’d love to talk with you today about rejection. Ouch!

I’ve had so much rejection over the years, and I recently discovered I have something called Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) which explains why it always hurt so much in my heart for months afterwards. 

The key here is not to allow rejection get into that big, beautiful, loving heart of yours goddess and build up walls.

I’ve been on a deep dive on my own healing journey recently which I know I’ve spoken with you about and one on the elements which was shown to me is how I have been focused on healing the shadow feminine or feminine wounds and I hadn’t brought my awareness to healing the masculine wounds within me.

You see our soul has no sex and we’ve been both male and female in our “past lives” whether here on Earth or on other planets in the Universe.

I’ve been going through a rebirth since October of last year and now I’m emerging from my chrysalis and it feels so expansive and exciting.
