So here it is, the juicy sermon on the HOW to access higher states of consciousness which your ego mind is gonna love as our ego minds loves a “how to” or a “5 step process”.

You see queen, those higher states of consciousness is not only where all your dreams and desires are hanging out but it’s your natural state or true nature as the queen you are.

We can become bogged down mentally (mindset) and emotionally (emotions = energy in motion) by past experiences which the ego mind LOVES to focus on and align our thoughts to so that we forget our true powerful nature and that we are constantly creating and that only happens in the present moment.
