I feel like taking you on a little trip down the rabbit hole today. 😜

I’d love to introduce you to Louanna my Arcturian (Galactic Beings) council of 12 which I was introduced to back in 2019 when my Light language was activated.

I was in meditation this morning and for the first time I asked my guidance council what their collective name was, and their reply, "Louanna" which I promptly looked up and it's of Hawaiian origins meaning "enjoyment".

I’m writing to you from my bed today as I’m not well. ☹️

I’ve even had to postpone my Free Women’s Energy Healing event to next Wednesday 26th July which makes me super sad but it’s a disservice to you and myself to show-up unwell.

Also it’s a huge act of loving-self-care to make myself and my health a priority.

I personally think it’s ascension symptoms or some call it up-levelling.

I’ve been massively working on my mindset behind the scenes and my wonderful ego mind has said, “Nope! We don’t want you to change we want to keep you safe and right!”

It’s my go to knee jerk reaction for my ego-mind to self-sabotage through illness.

I’ve been at a festival in the woods this last weekend and it was my first festival since 2018 and it was amazing. 🌳

I had such a wonderful time with friends who I haven’t seen in years and having it on the dance floor with Mr Brand like we used to just made me fall in love with him all over again. 😍

I experienced two Cacao ceremonies one was incredible...

I shifted so much stuff and let go of so many things that I still feel lighter writing this to you now because of it. 🙏

The other wasn’t so great but I now have a greater understanding of what I enjoy and what I don’t.

I’m not great if the plan changes or if my expectations aren't met.

There is a practice I use a lot called Dilemma Deconstruction where you look at your (limiting) beliefs behind the dilemma you’re experiencing.

This has been an eye-opening, game changing, revelation for me and do you know what I’ve learnt from this exercise…

Every time, without fail, my core belief with any dilemma is: I’m powerless.
