I am so excited to be sitting down and writing to you today as it’s been ages.

I’ve missed you!

I’m going to be fully transparent with you, I’ve been really ill and it resulted in me being in hospital as I have a “collection of infection” – which I’m now affectionately calling my bauble - on my right ovary.

At it’s worst, when I was in hospital, the infection had spread to my fallopian tube, cervix and womb and oh my gosh the pain!

I’m having such an abundant week and I’m not going to lie, I’m LOVING it.

I’m feeling so abundantly loved, happy, fulfilled, healthy, inspired, creative and monied. 

It’s been a tough couple of years or two but do you know what, it means that thanks to that contrast of life sucking, it tastes all the sweeter now and do you know what?

I’m dancing in it. Relishing in it. Celebrating it.

To, you’ve guessed it, bring more of that juicy goodness into my life!

I’ve returned to my home in the forest and valleys, and I can hear the sounds of spring from birds to the baby (day old) lambs bleating its heaven for my mind, energy, spirit and soul.

I lived in cities for decades and although I love to visit the lively, pazazz of any city at my heart I’m a hermit who loves her own company and prefers trees to concrete blocks and grassy wild hills to manicured parks.

I’m not going to lie, this week has been challenging. I love being on my own until it comes to bedtime. Although it’s only a recent development, the last 5 years or so that I enjoy my own company, before that I hated being on my own and couldn’t be left on my own.

This week the hubby has been in Dundee, Scotland for work and it’s left me at home with Magnus our rescue cat and to be honest, I haven’t really slept all week and when I don’t sleep well, which is my superpower, I don’t make the best decisions.

So I thought I’d create, you know, wait that’s a lie, I was inspired to, in other words I was asked to by my guides, to create a two part sermon on higher states of consciousness.

I’ve been on a deep dive on my own healing journey recently which I know I’ve spoken with you about and one on the elements which was shown to me is how I have been focused on healing the shadow feminine or feminine wounds and I hadn’t brought my awareness to healing the masculine wounds within me.

You see our soul has no sex and we’ve been both male and female in our “past lives” whether here on Earth or on other planets in the Universe.

Whoa! It’s been a bit of a wild ride these last couple of months and recently I’ve been hanging out in the void of creation which can be a challenging place to be as my ego mind hounds me to take action and busy myself, but I know that’s not what I’ve needed these past months.

The temptation is to fill the “void” with things, thoughts and actions and not hang with the creative tension.
When we do that, we don’t allow the next phase and evolution of ourselves to blossom and can become stagnant and stuck in unhelpful repeating patterns.
It’s the beautiful dance between the Divine feminine and Divine masculine energies.
There are seasons for allowing and receiving and seasons for giving and action.
