I had a wonderful time and so did the queens who were able to join me live.

I had a goddess from Singapore and Ethiopia along with others from around the world. ​🌍

I’d love to introduce you to Louanna my Arcturian (Galactic Beings) council of 12 which I was introduced to back in 2019 when my Light language was activated.

I was in meditation this morning and for the first time I asked my guidance council what their collective name was, and their reply, "Louanna" which I promptly looked up and it's of Hawaiian origins meaning "enjoyment".

I’ve been at a festival in the woods this last weekend and it was my first festival since 2018 and it was amazing. 🌳

I had such a wonderful time with friends who I haven’t seen in years and having it on the dance floor with Mr Brand like we used to just made me fall in love with him all over again. 😍

I experienced two Cacao ceremonies one was incredible...

I shifted so much stuff and let go of so many things that I still feel lighter writing this to you now because of it. 🙏

The other wasn’t so great but I now have a greater understanding of what I enjoy and what I don’t.

I’m not great if the plan changes or if my expectations aren't met.

There is a practice I use a lot called Dilemma Deconstruction where you look at your (limiting) beliefs behind the dilemma you’re experiencing.

This has been an eye-opening, game changing, revelation for me and do you know what I’ve learnt from this exercise…

Every time, without fail, my core belief with any dilemma is: I’m powerless.

I feel this is a *big* piece to enjoying yourself in this lifetime and really that’s what this game of life is about, creating your own personal heaven here on Earth in a joyful way.

It’s so much easier and less frazzling on your mind and nervous system to create from a place of love, wholeness, completeness, connection and flow than it is from scarcity, lack, contractedness and fear.

I just gave the final healing for my Goddess Awakening program yesterday and it was so powerful and beautiful. 🙏

We’ve been on a twelve month journey through the chakras and yesterday we connected with the final chakra the Divine Gateway chakra which I paired with Divine / Source / Unity Consciousness.

It’s been such a transformative journey not just for the amazing women who joined me but also for me as their guide.

It always surprises me, the synchronises of my work, although I don’t know why because I’ve been healing and coaching for many years now. ​😜
