Hey gorgeous goddess,

I’m not going to lie, this week has been challenging. I love being on my own until it comes to bedtime. Although it’s only a recent development, the last 5 years or so that I enjoy my own company, before that I hated being on my own and couldn’t be left on my own.

This week the hubby has been in Dundee, Scotland for work and it’s left me at home with Magnus our rescue cat and to be honest, I haven’t really slept all week and when I don’t sleep well, which is my superpower, I don’t make the best decisions.

It’s so wonderful to be writing to you again and if you’ve recently joined our tribe and this is the first time I’ve written to you then, “Hey there Goddess and welcome”. 😍

I’ve been going through a rebirth since October of last year and now I’m emerging from my chrysalis and it feels so expansive and exciting.

I know many women, including myself, and several who joined January's FREE Women’s Energy Healing event had a pretty turbulent 2023.
