I’m not going to lie, this week has been challenging. I love being on my own until it comes to bedtime. Although it’s only a recent development, the last 5 years or so that I enjoy my own company, before that I hated being on my own and couldn’t be left on my own.

This week the hubby has been in Dundee, Scotland for work and it’s left me at home with Magnus our rescue cat and to be honest, I haven’t really slept all week and when I don’t sleep well, which is my superpower, I don’t make the best decisions.

I just gave the final healing for my Goddess Awakening program yesterday and it was so powerful and beautiful. 🙏

We’ve been on a twelve month journey through the chakras and yesterday we connected with the final chakra the Divine Gateway chakra which I paired with Divine / Source / Unity Consciousness.

It’s been such a transformative journey not just for the amazing women who joined me but also for me as their guide.

It always surprises me, the synchronises of my work, although I don’t know why because I’ve been healing and coaching for many years now. ​😜
