Hey you beautiful Goddess,

You know I so love writing to you. It brings me so much joy, pleasure and connection so thank you for enriching my life by being a part of my tribe. 

It honestly means the world to me and it’s a true honour, which I do not take lightly, to serve and support your fabulous-fine-Queen-self.

If you’ve known me for a while or are or have been a client of mine you’ll know I take issue with the word “sacrifice”. 

You’ll also know I love words and the words we speak along with the thoughts we have or the frequency we’re emitting creates our reality.

I like to visualise the words I speak are casting a spell over my life and they can either bless or you know…

I like to think that maybe the origins of the word “spelling” may have come from this, but I don’t know.

So what if you choose, using that powerful free will of yours Queen, to use the word “transcend” instead of “sacrifice”?

What if you chose to practice “transcendence” instead of “sacrifice”?

Imagine the frequency shift that’d happen?

As your dreams and desires are hanging out on the frequency of expanded consciousness reached by transcendence not in the lower vibes of sacrifice.
